"No one ever told me that grief felt so like fear."
C. S. Lewis
Fear is what we feel when our world is shattered, what we once knew to be true no longer exists and no one has answers to why things are happening as they are.
Grief, at its core, can feel like fear. It hits without our permission, stays as long as it likes and seems to have no end in sight. Grief, as C.S. Lewis states, feels so much like fear.
And this is why I am here. To help navigate back to a place of safety and peace. It is possible. But the journey starts by you taking that first step for help.
